Thank you for choosing Aunty Dawn’s Cozy Corner Books (Kids) and Legacy Editions (family keepsakes). Each story we create is lovingly customized to bring your memories and imagination to life.

1. Digital-Only Delivery

At this time, all products are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is involved.

You’ll receive your personalized book as a high-resolution digital file that can be downloaded and viewed on any device.

Each file is:

Optimized for Apple (iOS) and Android devices
Fully viewable on phones and tablets
Provided in a print-ready format (should you wish to print your own copy or create a keepsake book)

2. Delivery Timeline

Every story is handcrafted with care.

Our average delivery times are:

Kids Books (Aunty Dawn’s Cozy Corner Books): 7–10 business days
Legacy Books (Cozy Corner Books): 10–14 business days

Delivery time begins once all personalization details (photos, names, and story inputs) have been received.

3. File Format & Access

Once your book is complete, you’ll receive an email with secure download links to your digital files.

These will include versions compatible with:

Apple devices (iOS format)
Android devices (standard PDF/eBook format)

All files will be print-ready, meaning you can send them to your preferred local or online printer if you’d like a physical copy.

4. Upcoming Print Options

We’re thrilled to announce that professionally printed book options will launch in early 2026.

Once available, you’ll be able to order beautifully bound hardcover or softcover editions directly from our site.

5. Lost or Missing Files

If you lose access to your download link or accidentally delete your files, please contact us at dawn@auntydawnscozycornerbooks.ccom with your order number.

We’ll gladly resend your digital book at no additional cost.

6. Revisions or Updates

Minor text or spelling revisions can be requested within 7 days of receiving your final digital file.

After that, any additional changes may be subject to a small revision fee.
