This policy applies to Aunty Dawn’s Cozy Corner Books (Kids) and Legacy Editions.

1) Overview
Our products are personalized digital creations. Because files can be downloaded and copied, traditional returns do not apply. This policy explains our approach to revisions, cancellations, and refunds to keep things fair and transparent.

2) All Sales Final (after delivery)
Once your final digital file has been delivered to the email address on your order, the sale is considered final and non-refundable. Each book is uniquely personalized for you and cannot be returned.

3) Revisions & Corrections
• Complimentary corrections for spelling, layout, or personalization errors made on our end within 7 days of delivery.
• Minor text tweaks (style or phrasing) may be accommodated at our discretion within 7 days.
• Edits requested after 7 days, or substantial content changes, may incur a small revision fee.
If your download link has expired or you cannot locate your files, we will gladly re-send them at no cost.

4) When Refunds May Apply
Although delivered digital files are not refundable, a refund or store credit may be offered in these limited cases:
• Before work begins: You cancel within 24 hours of purchase and we have not started customization.
• Project not feasible: We determine we cannot complete your order (e.g., missing materials, technical limitations).
• Duplicate charge: Accidental duplicate payments for the same order.
• Goodwill exception: A discretionary resolution approved by us on a case-by-case basis.

5) How Refunds Are Processed
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
• Refund appearances on your statement typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Where appropriate, we may offer a store credit instead of a refund.

6) Cancellations & Project Start
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase before customization begins. Customization is deemed to have started when we have received and begun working with your personalization inputs (e.g., names, photos, stories).
Delivery timelines: Kids Books 7–10 business days
Legacy Books 10–14 business days after all inputs are received.

7) Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first. Filing a credit card chargeback for a delivered digital file may delay resolution. We’re committed to working with you to reach a fair outcome.

8) How to Request a Revision or Refund
To request a revision, replacement link, cancellation, or refund review, email us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

9) Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
